Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase under the following strict conditions:

• The product packaging must be completely unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed condition.
• Any free gifts, promotional items, or accessories included with the purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product boxes that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
